Since the products are made to order specifically for you, Bits and Bops does not accept returns. Please view the size chart and measure your pet’s neck to ensure proper size before ordering for bandanas. Please make sure to read the listing thoroughly and message me if you have questions about any product!

My current turnaround time for physical orders is 3-5 days (not including shipping). Digital portraits normally take me 2 weeks. I proudly ship through USPS and standard delivery times will vary depending on the time of year.

Orders ship so fast that we cannot accept cancelled orders.

For the most wear out of your bandana, I recommend hand washing your bandana in cold water and leaving it out to air dry. Fringe bandanas can be refreshed with a clean toothbrush. Pet tags can be refreshed with a sharpie for lettering and a polishing cloth or super fine steel wool to remove natural wear.

Since all products are hand-made, fabric orientation may be slightly different than the pictures under the listing. At Bits and Bops, I pinky promise no fabric will ever be upside down! Due to the nature of hand-stamping, pet tags will always be unique to each tag with so many option variations available.
