  • Returns

    Because each item is made to order just for you, Bits and Bops does not accept returns.
    Please check the size chart and measure your pet’s neck carefully before ordering bandanas. Be sure to read each listing thoroughly, and feel free to message me with any questions!

  • Turnaround

    My current turnaround time for physical orders is 3-5 days (not including shipping). I proudly ship through USPS and standard delivery times will vary depending on the time of year.

  • Cancellations

    Orders ship so fast that we cannot accept cancelled orders.

  • Care

    To get the most wear out of your bandana, I recommend hand washing in cold water and laying it flat to air dry. Fringe bandanas can be refreshed with a clean toothbrush. Pet tags can be touched up with a Sharpie for lettering and polished with a cloth or super fine steel wool to remove natural wear.

  • Variation

    Since all products are handmade, fabric orientation may vary slightly from the photos shown in the listing—but at Bits and Bops, I pinky promise no fabric will ever be upside down! For pet tags, there are several customization options from which to choose and due to the nature of hand-stamping, each tag will be one-of-a-kind with unique variations that make it truly special.

  • International Shipping

    At this time, Bits and Bops only ships to the U.S.
